Mr. Jaikumar Tejwani is the Designated Partner and Founder of Jaikumar Tejwani & Co LLP. He was enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 1990 and hasan experience in almost every facet of the accounting profession. He is a regular speaker on International Taxation, Direct Tax, NRI and FEMA matters and has been convener of NRI and FEMA study group of NIRC of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is currently asenior visiting faculty to the Institute of Chartered Accountants on 'International Taxation.

In his over 30 years of consulting experience, he has been on advisory support to fortune 500 companies carrying diverse business in the fields of Direct and Indirect Tax, International Tax, Audit & Assurance services, Transfer Pricing, FEMA   matters and   cross border transactions. He also represents before various tax authorities on Direct tax litigation matters in Delhi, Gurugram and Mumbai.
